Some mid-week words of creative wisdom β
Personal writing is my favorite style of writing. It not only sounds personal, but also helps us portray our emotions in a storytelling manner, which ends up resonating with many other people with similar experiences. Itβs comforting to know that you are not alone in this tough world and that writing becomes one of the most nourishing medium to connect, heal and immerse. While reading
work at the , you come across so many such stories and experiences where you connect at a deeper level, while enjoying her free flowing, narrative which sounds comforting, fun yet deep. Check out if you wish to connect to your creative side.My notebook and diary fetish is growing worse. I seem to be hoarding them in all shapes/sizes/colors/textures possible. But let me tell you β all my great work starts in these creatures. So, while I hoard them often here and now, I am very fussy when it comes to their quality and appearances. This one particular brand called Neorah has very good quality notebooks and diaries ranging from hard-cover, softbound and spiral. Their notebooks come as checked, dotgrid, plain and ruled in multiple colors. To buy my favorite Neorah diary click HERE.
My daily journal diary in a beautiful light blue contrasting with orange in dot-grid pages I have been doing small artist dates lately, which range from taking myself out for coffee in the neigborhood cafe, or simply walking into a bookstore. This week the date was totally unplanned, but I am so glad it happened. So, while on my grocery shopping spree, I bumped into this bookstore in my neighborhood which got relocated recently. There is something about bookstores β the aroma of paper, the sound of soft music, the numerous bookcovers attracting you and the stools/chairs/ottomans for reading β I just fall in love every time I visit them. This bookstore was also nothing short of a fairytale with its wooden flooring, neatly lined shelves with books, the mirrored ceiling and the wooden chairs β I wish I could camp in forever.

The book that I am currently reading is The War of Art: Break through the blocks and win your inner creative battles. Itβs one of those books which will help you break from the cycle of procrastination. It uses the concept of Resistance - an invisible force that keeps us from doing meaningful work. Pick up this book if you are facing a writerβs block or a block in general. Its a very short read with only around 200 pages. To buy this book to boost your creativity, click HERE.

A show I have been binge watching with my daughter lately is targeted for Gen Z and alpha, but has elements of interest for me too. Power of Panch on Jiohotstar, is a series featuring five kids with Earthβs elemental power. And cherry on the cake β my sister
(proud of you :)is part of the production as content and creative team. To get a glimpse of the show, watch the trailer below:I document nature extensively, and thus I started an Instagram account solely for nature photography to keep all my photographs at one place. If you wish to see unfiltered photographs of nature, you can follow my handle - the petal chronicles HERE. Here are some recent shots from my gallery:

I would prefer to die of passion than of boredom
I guess the feelings are mutual. Boredom although can be healthy at times, but when practiced for long can prove to be lethal. Embrace a passion to live longer, as it will give you a reason to sustain.
I was listening to this interesting episode on the podcast - Figuring out by Raj Shamami, where the guest discussed how we can heal our painful memories, and which food become superfoods or toxic. It was surely an insightful episode, and a must watch for everyone who wants to know how emotional regulation works at an individual level.
Pattern Love β I am a sucker for patterns of all shapes, sizes and textures. I got so intrigued with this image that I had to click it. Isnβt it an amazing picture? Can you guess what it is?
